The Cultural Center of the Philippines Visual Arts and Museum Division (CCP VAMD) takes part in the celebration of International Museum Day (IMD) 2020 through the launching of three new ways to connect with and serve the artistic community.

Alongside our regular email bulletins, we supplement our online presence through different social media channels to reach our regular gallery-goers and hopefully others that are eager to learn about the possibilities within the visual arts in this time of social transformation.

With this year’s IMD theme of “Museums for Equality: Diversity and Inclusion,” the CCP VAMD reiterates its efforts for inclusivity through the broad and generally unrestricted arena of social media. As in our annual exhibition program, our online activities will celebrate diversity by aiming to shed light on the marginalized, and to look for possibilities in open collaboration through online programs that will call for sharing of thoughts, ideas, and engagement from the public.

This International Museum Day 2020, screens won’t keep us apart. We promise to engage with you through our online initiatives that will focus on community engagement, sharing of content,  and learning through arts and culture. Like us in Facebook, follow us on Twitter and Instagram, and let's explore the potential of digital space together.
