Call for entries to the Second Asia International (Wenzhou) Youth Micro-Film Exhibition

The Asia International Youth Short Film Festival for the Philippines is inviting Filipino filmmakers to submit their works to the 2016 Future Vision – Asia International Youth Video Works Screening Activities – Second Asia International (Wenzhou) Youth Micro-Film Exhibition.
This year’s theme is “Youth, Art, Fusion” and the art form is Micro-film. Entries may be short features, animated films, and documentaries in video or film format, produced after January 1, 2015 and must be under 45 minutes with English and Chinese subtitles. However, the Exhibition also encourages filmmakers from around the globe to submit any of their work, not just limited to short films, to promote international film and culture communication.
Interested participants must submit a completed Registration Form, director’s photograph, and three (3) HD stills. A signed copy of the Authorization permitting the Organizing Committee to use the photos and stills should also be submitted. The requirements and entries may be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org or via mail addressed to Lan Zheng, Room 302, 3rd Floor, Block B, Tianqiao Art Building, No. 1 Tianqiao South Street, Xicheng District, Beijing – 100 050. Deadline of submission is on August 31, 2016.
Selected works will be shown on Huaxia Micro-Movie, Central New Micro-Film Station, and CCTV Micro-Film Channel and other main media platforms.
2016 Future Vision – Asia International Youth Video Works Screening Activities – Second Asia International (Wenzhou) Youth Micro-Film Exhibition is an Asian regional international film exhibition committed to provide an environment for future sustainable development and for international cooperation, exchange and development of Chinese micro-films. It aims to build up youth branding, the film industry, and the promotion of internationalization.
