INVITATION TO BID: RE-WATERPROOFING AND INSTALLATION OF MODIFIED PVC MEMBRANE AT SILANGAN HALL ROOF DECK AT CCP MAIN BUILDING
DETAILS | 1. The Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP), through its Corporate Operating Budget of 2019 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Fifty Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen Pesos Pesos only (Php2,056,616.00) VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Re-Waterproofing and Installation of Modified PVC Membrane at Silangan Hall Roof Deck at CCP Main Building”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Cultural Center of the Philippines now invites bids for the “Re-Waterproofing and Installation of Modified PVC Membrane at Silangan Hall Roof Deck at CCP Main Building”. The contract duration shall be within ninety (90) calendar days excluding holidays or unworkable days due to disasters, severe weather conditions or similar extreme circumstances as may be mutually agreed upon in writing by the CCP and the CONTRACTOR. The work shall start upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project with at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. Bidders should have been in legal operation in the field of waterproofing of roof decks with similar area stated in the Terms of Reference (TOR) for at least ten (10) years. The bidder should have a valid Contractor's license/certification from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), Size range of Small B, and Category C & D.
