ANIMATION ART CAMP FOR ART TEACHERS
April 15 to 18, 2009
National Arts Center, Makiling, Los Baños, Laguna

The four-day art workshop will cover animation concepts and techniques for art teachers.  Participants will be exposed to and learn different styles of animation and their application in classroom art teaching.  Members of animation collective Pinoy Animagination will facilitate the art camp.  At the end of the workshop, participants are given the option to participate as teaching assistants during the CCP Art and Animation workshop for Kids and Teens.  Participants are requested to bring their own digital still or video camera and their own laptop computers, to maximize their camp experience.

ART AND ANIMATION WORKSHOP FOR KIDS
April 28 to May 2, 2009
CCP Dream Theater

The week-long workshop will cover basic animation techniques for kids and teens ages 7 to 15 years old. Participants will be exposed to and learn both traditional and hand-made forms of animation. Pinoy Animagination will facilitate, share their expertise and show their works to the participants. At the end of the workshop, the participants will exhibit and get a copy of their own animated shorts, produced as part of the workshop.

Five (5) slots will be reserved for ages 16 to 20 years old for digital animation. They will be required to bring their own laptop computers.
